The kitchen represents the heart of our restaurant. This is because our family business has originated from a traditional brewery restaurant. Therefore, we put great importance on our cuisine and the host Ludwig Zwerger takes his place in the kitchen. For the fine Swabian and Mediterranean cuisine in the ‘Mohren’, we only use the best ingredients and offer a diversified menu card ranging from the small menu of the day up to the champagne menu.
