There are laundry bags in your wardrobe for the laundry to be handed in at reception.
If you hand in your laundry at reception by 09:00 on weekdays, you will receive it back one day later during the day. On weekends and public holidays on request. The hotel is not liable for shrinkage, discolouration or if the items are not colourfast.
In addition to giro card payments, we accept VISA, EURO and MASTERCARD.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. and to return the room key to the reception. Thank you very much.

Our system can receive the 19 channels that have been programmed in. It is possible that you will find TV programmes on a different channel than at home. We kindly ask you not to change the TV settings. All available channels are programmed.

You can borrow umbrellas free of charge at the reception. In the interest of the other guests, we ask you to return the umbrellas after use and ask for your understanding that we will charge you € 15.00 for the loss.
